Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy (2 days in advanced notice) at Annex Naturopathic Clinic. Your credit card on file will be charged 50% of visit fee if the cancellation occurs 24-48 hours prior to the appointment time or 100% of visit fee if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time or if the appointment is missed.

Payment Policy

Although our Jane booking system stores encrypted credit card information, your credit card will only be charged via Jane in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment (in rare cases where we do not have your payment information within our clinic POS). We do not use Jane to process any payments associated with appointments. Before your appointment, you may be asked to provide payment information (if we do not already have it) which will be stored encrypted and processed through our clinic POS. All patients are required to have payment information on file which will only to be used to process payments for virtual appointments and any fees associated with our cancellation policy.

For in-person appointments, payment is collected via Debit, Cash, or Credit Card after the visit (if paying by credit card, the credit card must be present).

We are able to direct bill to some, but not all, insurance companies.

A note to our existing patients:

Please refer to your treatment plan (or contact us) if you are unsure which follow-up type to book.

We have transitioned from “Outsmart” to “Jane”. Patients can continue to access the Outsmart Patient Portal to view their plans and documents from appointments prior to Nov 27th, 2023.

The role of a naturopath is to help the patient establish the conditions for health by addressing the fundamental cause of illness, rather than just addressing the symptoms that are present.

Our integrative approach to medicine blends training from biomedical sciences, botanical medicine, nutritional science and Traditional Chinese medicine, to accurately diagnose and effectively treat your health based on your individual health.

Not only do naturopathic doctors offer alternative medical solutions to conventional approaches, they also offer treatments that can work alongside your current medical prescriptions.
